  • Orders are processed and dispatched within (1-3 Days) business days after payment confirmation.
  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed via email or phone.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.
  • Cash On Delivery: Available on till orders of amt (INR 49,999) (if applicable).
  1. Delivery Timeline
  • Domestic Deliveries:
    • Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on the location.
    • Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our logistics partner's website.
  1. Packaging and Handling
  • All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
  • Orders are shipped in tamper-proof packaging to protect your items.
  1. Missed Delivery
  • If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to our operations center. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  1. Lost or Damaged Packages
  • In the rare event of a lost or damaged package:
    • Notify us at accounts@opusrefinery.com or call us at +91 9324470432 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Damaged packages must be reported with photos of the condition of the product and packaging.
    • After validation, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  1. Address Changes
  • Address changes can be requested before the product is dispatched by contacting our customer care team.
