Refund Policy
Products once purchased cannot be returned for a refund.
Refunds will be issued in the following cases upon request from the customer either through a phone call, email, or order panel:
- Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Cancellation request sent by the customer before dispatch.
- After Dispatch:
- Refund will be issued once the product is received back at our operations center. With 7 Days.
- Failed Delivery / Customer Rejection:
- Refund will be issued once the product is received back at our operations center.
Unforeseen Transaction Issues:
- If your transaction fails and money is debited, contact us at accounts@opusrefinery.com
- Upon verification and confirmation of payment, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be credited within 7 to 14 working days.
Lost in Transit Orders:
- In the rare case of an order being lost in transit, we will allow 15 days to locate it. If located, delivery will proceed.
- If the order remains untraceable, a refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
No other refunds will be entertained.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of products.
Exception – Damaged or Wrong Products Delivered:
- In the unlikely event of a product being delivered in a damaged condition or if the wrong product is delivered, you can contact our customer care to request a return.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition and packaging as delivered, including the invoice.
- If the packaging is opened or tampered with, the return request will not be accepted.
Procedure for Returns:
- Our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address and return it to us for evaluation.
Different Product Delivered:

- After internal review and validation, you can opt for:
- A full refund.
- A replacement with the correct product.
